“It’s your own fault,” Martha said, holding an ice pack against the lump on the Doctor’s head. “You can’t just barge into the middle of a party and ask if anyone’s seen an alien; you should learn a bit more discretion.”

 
“But I was only trying to… OW!”

 
“Hold still. I know you were trying to help, but I’d think you of all people should know better than to make assumptions.”
 

The alien in question had turned out to be someone in costume for a fancy-dress party.
 

“They overreacted. It was a simple mistake! He looked exactly like an Ogron!”
