[personal profile] badly_knitted
Characters: The Doctor, Daleks.
Rating: G
Written For: Challenge 817: Exploit at

Spoilers: Nada.
Summary: Daleks are nowhere near as clever as they think they are.
Disclaimer: I don’t own Doctor Who, or the characters.

Daleks are among the most dangerous creatures in all of space and time, but no matter how superior to other races they might consider themselves, they’re not perfect. They have their flaws and their weaknesses, and the Doctor doesn’t hesitate to exploit the weak points in their psyches.

What it boils down to is that Daleks are rigidly logical thinkers. Intuition is a foreign concept to them, as is philosophy, and anything that deals with emotions.

It may not seem like much, but it’s enough. All the Doctor ever has to do is outthink them, and he’s good at that.
