Summary: The Doctor helps a world-famous singer turns to ‘retire’.

“Are you sure you want to do this?” the Doctor asked. “You’ll be giving up a lot, all the fame and adulation. It’s obvious you enjoy being out there on stage.”
“I do, and it’s been swell, but it’s not the same anymore. Seems like everyone wants a piece of me, and there’s not enough left to go around. I’m tired, Doc. I just wanna go someplace nobody knows my name and… rest.”
“But to fake your death… Don’t you think that’s a bit extreme?”
“They’re not gonna let me retire; it’s the only way. This is my final performance.”
