It's lemon flavoured but it tastes like cold and flu remedy lemsip, a very artificial flavour, and I usually struggle with taking a lemsip when I need it because the taste is so cloying. This morning I ended up pouring cranberry juice into it just so I could choke the stuff down =(

Putting it delicately, it's to flush out one's insides o_O
