Summary: Jack is not happy with his team.

A/N: Double drabble.
“This is a serious matter!” Jack said, in full boss mode. “I expect better from my team! At the very least, I expect you to behave professionally. You’re supposed to have each other’s backs in dangerous situations, and what were the two of you doing? Arguing over who was in charge!” He glared at Gwen and Owen. “Because of you, Tosh is injured, and Ianto is missing!”
“He went after the… whatever it was,” Tosh said, sitting on the open tailgate of the SUV, hunched over, nursing her bruised ribs where a flailing limb had slapped her into a wall.
“And we can’t get in touch with him because his earpiece got knocked out while he was trying to protect Tosh.” Jack was steaming. “Which wouldn’t have been necessary if you two had been paying attention! Now, I expect you to search every street and alley until you find him!”
“No need,” Ianto said, coming around the corner with the alien, restrained but mobile.
“Ianto! Thank heaven you’re alright!”
“Sorry if I worried you. Couldn’t let our friend here get away.”
“At least someone was using their brain! From now on, if I’m not here, Ianto’s in charge. Got it?”
