Date: 2022-12-25 08:58 pm (UTC)Making a list of unfinished fics is a good idea. All my fics are in one folder so I don't have to. I work on them until I'm happy, then post. Some have been there for years but I'll get to them eventually. Sometimes it helps to find the point in the story where you went the wrong way and got stuck. Then you can try taking it in a different direction.
I've signed up for getyourwordsout again this year, pledged to write 150k again because I know I can manage that. I like to make things easy for myself. There's less stress that way, and 150k is less than 500 words a day.
