So that was that. Martha stared wistfully up at the night sky, speckled with stars between the clouds. She’d done what most humans never got to do, she’d been out there exploring the universe, visiting alien worlds, meeting strange people, having incredible adventures.

 
She’d travelled to the past and the future too, she’d even helped to save the world, walking the earth for months, telling everyone she met about the Doctor. But it was over now, by her own choice. It was the right decision to make, but she couldn’t help feeling a little sad remembering all she’d given up.
