Summary: Owen is complaining again.

A/N: Double drabble.
“Would it kill you to have lights down here?” Owen grumbled, blundering into Ianto’s small archive office area. “We don’t all have bat sonar, or whatever it is you use to find your way around here.”
“There are lights,” Ianto pointed out, gesturing at the lamp on his desk and the overhead light, which wasn’t actually on at that moment, since the desk lamp provided all the illumination he needed for his current task.
“In here, sure, but what about the rest of the archives, the staircases, and the corridors? Those little emergency lights aren’t enough to see by. I take my life in my hands every time I have to come down here. Unlit stairs are bloody dangerous! How you avoid breaking your neck I don’t know.”
“Usually, I turn the light on at the top of the stairs, then turn it off when I reach the bottom. Same with the other archive areas. To save electricity, I only turn lights on when and where I need them, switch them off when I leave. Have you seen our electricity bill?”
Owen just stood there, looking confused, and Ianto sighed. “Come on, I’ll show you where the light switches are.”
