A/N: Double drabble.
Jack had been on his computer all morning, but as far as Ianto could tell, no actual work was getting done.
“What is it this time?” he asked, bringing his lover a mug of coffee and a sandwich. “Spider solitaire, bidding for World War Two memorabilia on ebay, or ogling the people of Cardiff over the CCTV network?”
“Ha! None of the above! And I don’t ogle, I observe, for the safety and security of Cardiff’s citizens.”
“You ogle. I’ve seen you drooling.”
“I was hungry, and she was eating a cream cake! Anyone would’ve drooled.”
“If you say so. What are you doing then?”
“Watching dog training videos.”
“We don’t have a dog.”
“I know, but we have a dragon, and while the dragon training video was helpful in a lot of ways, there were certain things it didn’t cover.”
“That’s not surprising, it was an animated movie, not a training manual for dragons.”
Jack carelessly waved that away. “Dragons are like dogs; I should be able to teach Herman a few simple commands. You know, like sit, fetch, and heel.”
“Heel?” Ianto raised an eyebrow.
“He almost dislocated my arm last night on our walk. Dragons are strong.”
The End
