“Alone at last,” Dee sighed once Bikky had finally gone to bed. “Thought he was gonna stay up all night!”
 

Ryo snickered. “He’s fourteen, it’s Friday night so there’s no school tomorrow, and it’s only ten thirty. Besides, I told him he could stay up until the movie ended.”

 
“You let him get away with too much,” Dee huffed. “When I was the brat’s age, Mother sent us to bed by nine thirty, even on weekends.”

 
“And how often did you sneak out when you were supposed to be in bed?”
 

“That’s not the point.” Dee gave his lover a half-hearted glare.
 

“My apartment, my son, my rules, Dee.”
 

“I know, but we get little enough time to ourselves as it is. Bikky hates leavin’ us alone together, even now we’re datin’. He doesn’t trust me.”

 
“He’s just a bit overprotective. Anyway, we’re alone now, and all you’re doing is complaining,” Ryo pointed out.
 

“You’re right, I’m wastin’ our alone time when we could be doin’ fun stuff, like kissin’, and gropin’, and…” Dee made to pounce but Ryo stopped him.

 
“Not here. There’s a big double bed in the next room, and that’s way more comfortable than the sofa.”
