Summary: The hardest part of this sort of rescue is convincing people there’s plenty of room on the TARDIS.

“Come on, inside my ship! Quickly!” the Doctor urges, gesturing towards the TARDIS, standing placidly in one corner of the stricken spaceship’s bridge.
“In there?” The captain sounds dubious, perhaps for good reason. Her crew numbers thirty individuals, and the TARDIS’s apparent dimensions give her pause for thought. “All of us? That’ll be a tight squeeze. I don’t think we’ll fit.”
“You will, I promise; appearances can be deceptive. Just hurry up, there’s only a short while before your reactor explodes!”
Naturally, there’s ample room, but the captain can’t understand how something bigger than her ship ever fitted inside it.
