Summary: Ianto and Jack are in a bit of a mess.

A/N: Double drabble.
“What if it doesn’t wash off?” said Ianto, staring at his hands, now stained a very unappealing shade of acid yellow.
Jack swiped an arm across his face, transferring some of the slime to his coat sleeve, but leaving his face still streaked and splodged with the same disgusting colour. He frowned at the sleeve, now a sickly greenish colour thanks to the combination of slime and the blue fabric.
“There’s no point in worrying about that until we’ve at least tried soap and water. If that doesn’t work, we’ll break out the industrial strength cleanser and a scrubbing brush.”
“That won’t do my suit much good, or your coat.” Ianto sighed. “Although at least your coat’s self-healing abilities might be able to restore it to its usual colour. I’ll probably have to chuck my suit.”
“I’m sure it won’t come to that.” Jack went to drape a comforting arm around his lover, then thought better of it; if he did that, one of both of them would end up with slime somewhere that hadn’t already been affected.
“What I really want to know,” Ianto mused, “Is why so many aliens have developed exploding as a defence mechanism. It’s impractical.”
