Summary: Large as the Happy Wanderer is, right now it seems tiny and fragile.

A/N: Double drabble. Set in my Ghost of a Chance ‘Verse.
Jack had promised to show Ianto one of the big cargo vessels, the ones owned by the major haulage companies, but Ianto had thought that would mean viewing one from inside a space station, watching the shuttles flying back and forth as the massive vessel, several miles long, was loaded or unloaded. He hadn’t been expecting this.
The Happy Wanderer approached the gigantic spaceship as Ianto stared in awe and slight alarm at the forward viewscreen. The cargo carrier was so vast that even from this distance, it filled the screen, making the Wanderer’s building-sized bulk seem small and toylike by comparison. And this one, Jack had told him, was a mere two miles in length.
“Careful!” Ianto gripped Jack’s arm. “If that thing hits us, we’ll be flattened!”
“Relax, Ianto, we’re not in any danger.” Jack shook Ianto’s hand off, piloting their ship ever closer to the bigger ship, a minnow beside a whale.
“Aren’t we getting too close?”
“Nope. You’ll see the bay doors opening for us shortly.”
“We’re going in?”
“You wanted to see one of the big ships. What’s the point of only seeing it from the outside? The captain’s an old friend. He’s expecting us.”
