Summary: So much for the backup Dee and Ryo requested.

A/N: Double drabble.
“Drop the gun!”
If the situation hadn’t been so serious, Dee might have laughed, but the rather shaky looking young police officer aiming a gun at him was no laughing matter.
He raised his hands, gun held loosely in his left, finger well away from the trigger, and the safety on. “I’m a detective, same precinct as you! Hell, I’m the one called for backup! Didn’t think dispatch would send some still wet behind the ears rookie! Where’s your training officer?”
“Drop the gun! I won’t tell you again!”
“Shit! This is all I need!” Dee lowered the hand holding his police issue revolver and let the weapon drop to the ground.
“Kick it away.”
Dee did as instructed.
“Now, turn around, hands on your head!”
“I’m a detective! Use your eyes, my badge is on my belt!”
As far as Dee could tell, the rookie wasn’t listening to a word he was saying. He just hoped Ryo was faring better.
Just then, as if thinking about his partner had conjured him, Ryo appeared, along with the rookie’s training officer, shoving their two fugitives along ahead of them.
“Dee? What’s going on?”
“This idiot’s tryin’ to arrest the wrong guy!”
