Whenever it was Jack’s turn to do the weekly shop, Ianto could always count on his husband getting a bit carried away. He did usually get most of the things on the shopping list, but he also got a lot of things that weren’t on the list, impulse buys just because Jack saw them and decided he wanted them, or they were on offer. Jack never could resist a good deal, even if it was something nobody in his family had any use for. 

 
Today, however, he’d outdone himself. When Ianto arrived home from work, he found boxes of cereal everywhere.
 

“Jack? I assume there’s a good reason for this.”
 

“Of course there is!” Jack snatched up a box. “Look! For thirty tokens and one pound ninety-five postage and packing, I can get a free teddy bear for Meriel! Isn’t it cute?” He showed Ianto the picture. “She’ll love it!”

 
Ianto looked at the picture and the single token on the box. “I’m sure she will, but who’s going to eat thirty boxes of Krispy Krunch?”
 

“HUM!” Nosy said, voice somewhat muffled since the Fluff’s head was jammed into a cereal box.
 

Rolling his eyes, Ianto sighed. “Fine. Carry on.”
