WHAT NEXT?

After yesterday's gales and heavy rain, I was looking forward to something a bit more restful. Today's forecast was for blustery winds and light hail showers.

We got this.






Doesn't look like like hail showers to me! 

On the plus side, temperatures should be going up by Friday so if the snow isn't gone by morning it should be in a few days.

It was supposed to be hail, not fat, fluffy snowflakes. I am not a lover of snow, but it does look pretty. As long as it doesn't last and we don't get any more...

I guess it is, but very cold. That's my overgrown back garden under the snow, not that you can really see it. We had about an inch. And just after I'd told someone it hardly ever snows here... I think the weather is having fun with me

We had snow yesterday, which is rare in the South. It was coming down pretty hard, too. Fortunately, it was also totally gone by noon. 😄

Snow that doesn't last is the best kind. Hoping this will be gone by morning but it could get pretty cold tonight and the wind's getting up again. More gale tonight.

I'll be trying to clear brambles and weeds again once the weather is milder. It all got away from me a bit. Made good progress last year, but brambles keep growing...
