Summary: Toshiko Sato goes travelling with the Doctor.

“I know it was only supposed to be one trip, but how about another? Call it a bonus, just because you were such a big help on the last one.”

 
The Doctor looks so hopeful and eager that despite knowing that she’s probably needed back at the Hub, Tosh can’t bring herself to say no. Not that she really wants to; the last trip was so much fun she doesn’t want it to end just yet.
 

“Well, alright, as long as you get me home the day after we left.”

 
“No problem!”
 

Three years later, Tosh finally makes it home.
