Summary: Rose had thought she was going up in the world, travelling with the Doctor. Now she’s not so sure.

From shopworker to time traveller, and back to waitress; that was one heck of a step down! Not that working in a shop had been all that much better than waitressing, but this wasn’t what she’d expected to find herself doing!
With all of time and space to choose from, here Rose was, stuck in a parallel universe, serving nibbles at a swanky birthday party for an alternate version of her mother!
To make matters worse, in this universe she’d never even been born, and Rose was the name of Jackie Tyler’s yappy little dog. It was sort of insulting.
