Summary: Jack and the team are going to shut the Weevil fight club down.

A/N: Double drabble.
 


 

A Weevil fight club… What was wrong with people? A bunch of idiots were staging cage fights between men and Weevils, and what for? To prove their masculinity? To gamble on? Or was it just for kicks, a way to let off steam, beating another living creature to a pulp, or trying to, and telling each other it was fine because it wasn’t like they were harming a human. Anyone who stepped into the cage with the toothy monster knew what they were getting into. It wasn’t like they could go to the police if events didn’t go their way.
 

It was sickening though. It wasn’t the Weevils’ fault they’d become stranded on earth, and most of them never caused any trouble; they just wanted to live quietly in the sewers. Even the rogues didn’t deserve to be turned into entertainment for a bunch of testosterone-fuelled morons who thought fighting sentient beings made them look macho.
 

Well, it was over, as of now. The Weevils were under Torchwood’s supervision, and protection, so it was up to the team to put a stop to this barbaric excuse for a sport. And they would.
 

Jack hoped they had enough Retcon for this.
