Watching Ryo take down a suspect was always a treat. This asshole had obviously thought that because Dee’s partner was the shorter and less muscular of the pair, he’d be easier to evade, but of course, with a few deft karate moves, Ryo had shown the idiot the error of his ways. It hadn’t been an entirely one-sided fight, the suspect had fought back, so Ryo was mussed and sweaty by the time his opponent was handcuffed, but as far as Dee was concerned, that just made him look even more delectable.
The only problem with that was the timing; they had to take this guy back to the precinct, process and interrogate him, then book him, and even then, it wouldn’t be the end of their shift. That sucked! What Dee really wanted to do was drag Ryo somewhere, tear his clothes off, and show him just how irresistible he was, but that wasn’t gonna happen anytime soon.
Looked like he’d have to wait until they were home, because Ryo didn’t think that kind of thing was acceptable behaviour at work, and he was probably right. They were still keeping their relationship under wraps, even though they were living together now, and jumping his partner in the interview room, or the squad room, or the locker room, would almost certainly draw unwanted attention.
Still, that didn’t mean Dee couldn’t commit to memory the image of his partner looking all dishevelled and sexy, and think about what they’d do later.
The End
