Summary: The Doctor visits an unspoiled planet.
Disclaimer: I don’t own Doctor Who, or the characters.
 
 

Beaches are the same the universe over; the colours might differ, sky and sea, there might be two suns, or several moons, differences in gravity, plant and animal life, air quality, and some beaches are predominantly shingle, but there’s always sand, even if it’s hidden below the stones.
 

Here, the sand is pink, stretching for miles along a gently curving coastline, lapped by wavelets. There isn’t another sentient lifeform in sight, clean air, no pollution of any kind, which is hardly surprising. Nothing much has evolved here yet.

 
One day there will be factories, but for now it’s completely unspoiled.
