A/N: Double drabble.
As Carol and Bikky descended the steps of the church, the wedding guests lined the path, throwing confetti over the happy couple and cheering. Carol blushed prettily, clinging to her new husband’s arm, while Bikky was grinning so wide it had to be making his face ache.
“Welp, I had my doubts, but ya did it, you turned the house ape into a pretty decent adult.”
“I never had any doubts.”
“’Course ya didn’t, ‘cause you’re a great dad. I just hope Biks treats our princess right.”
Ryo laughed at that. “You know Carol will always be the boss. She may be tiny, but she’s fierce.”
“Yeah, wouldn’t wanna get on the wrong side of her; she can be scary.” The two men watched the newlyweds make their way to the limo, bedecked with ribbons. “Better make a move ourselves. Don’t wanna be late to the reception and miss out on the food.”
“Can’t have that.” Ryo didn’t move though; he just grinned at his husband.
“What?”
“Just remembering our wedding. Las Vegas chapel, two strangers as witnesses…”
“Best day of my life.”
“Mine too. We didn’t have confetti though.” With that, Ryo tossed a handful over his husband.
“Doofus!”
