Summary: It’s a peaceful setting, but…
Disclaimer: I don’t own Doctor Who, or the characters.
All around the TARDIS, as far as the Doctor can see, there are sheep, meandering around the way sheep tend to do, cropping the grass, keeping it short. Sheep make excellent lawnmowers.
It’s a pleasingly pastoral scene, under a pale blue sky, scattered with fleecy white clouds that rather resemble sheep, in their own way. Skylarks are singing overhead, and between those and the sheep, it’s a safe bet he’s somewhere on earth, possibly Wales since he knows from experience sheep are common there.
On any other day, it might be perfect, it’s just… This isn’t where he was going.
