Summary: Some people are too busy to accept the Doctor’s offer of adventure.

“You could come with me,” the Doctor said. “See the universe, have a few adventures…”
“As tempting as that is, this isn’t a good time.” The other man smiled. “Maybe if our paths happen to cross again, but right now I have other fish to fry. It was good meeting you though, Doctor. Stop by anytime.”
“You’re refusing my offer in favour of frying fish?”
“Not really, it’s just an expression. Although, I could if you want to stay for dinner.”
“No, that’s alright. See you around, perhaps.”
Entering the TARDIS, the Doctor sighed. “Now I want fish and chips.”
