Nosy goggled in wonder. It had seen lots of amazing things since it came to live at Torchwood; little rooms that could carry you up and down to different levels in the Hub, moving pictures on the screen called a television, funny squiggles that it now knew were letters and words, which could be read and understood once you knew how…

 
This, however, was in a class of its own.
 

From the outside it looked like a blue wooden box with POLICE written on it. Nosy knew what the police were, but this box didn’t belong to them, it was the Doctor’s, so that was a bit confusing. It was also much bigger on the inside than it was on the outside, and it sang in Nosy’s head.

 
“HUM!”
 

Laughing, Ianto paused in polishing the console room railings. “She likes you, and not just because you’re helping me give her a clean.”

 
“Of course she likes your Fluff.” The Doctor stepped inside, Jack right behind him. “Everybody likes Fluffs!”
 

“Your lady has excellent taste in people.” Jack ran one hand lightly along her wall.
 

“You’re all welcome to join me for a quick trip.”
 

“Tempting.” Jack grinned. “Maybe next time.”
