With a snowstorm raging outside, Dee was more than happy to stay home, thankful that he and his partner weren’t scheduled to work today. Bad weather was best observed through the window from inside a cosy apartment.
What made everything even better was that Ryo was with him, having spent the night because Bikky was staying over at Carol’s for the last few days before they went back to school.
Snuggled up with Ryo on the sofa, under a blanket, Dee stared out at the falling snowflakes and smiled. Let it snow; he was right where he wanted to be.
