Summary: The TARDIS knows where the Doctor needs to be, even when he doesn’t.
Disclaimer: I don’t own Doctor Who, or the characters.
It would be easy to assume that the Doctor showing up exactly where and when he’s needed is nothing more than luck, but while once or twice might be a fluke, ninety-five times out of a hundred is stretching coincidence to the breaking point.
What makes it even more interesting is that the Doctor doesn’t always arrive where he intended to go. He’ll make plans, input the coordinates for time and place into the TARDIS console, press buttons, pull levers, flick switches, and find himself somewhere else entirely.
It’s not by accident. The TARDIS has a mind of her own.
