Summary: When the Doctor promised to show her the wonders of the universe, Bill had expected something a bit more impressive than this.

“Well, here we are!” The Doctor opened the door of the TARDIS and stepped out; Bill followed him, frowning in confusion.
The view wasn’t exactly inspiring, just a vast stretch of dry, greyish, dusty ground marked only by row upon row of squat beige hummocks, like the planet had a bad case of acne.
“What is this, pimple-world?”
“What? No! This is Valdogost, the greatest seat of learning in the galaxy! People come from every corner of the universe to study here. This is one of the lecture halls.”
“Where is everyone?”
“Vacation. We’d never get in during term time.”
The End
