Dee couldn’t remember ever feeling this way about any of the men and women he’d dated; there just seemed to be something about Ryo that brought out something… primal in him, a deeply hidden caveman side that made him want to pounce. He knew Ryo thought that was just the way he was, all grabby hands and insistent kisses, but… well, maybe he’d been a little that way back in his mid-teens, when he was a mess of hormones, but he’d thought he’d grown out of that until Ryo had wandered into his life.

 
Now, Dee found himself wrestling with his primal urges every time he and Ryo were in the same room together. He wanted to touch, kiss, taste, whenever and wherever he got the opportunity to. The plain fact was that he wanted Ryo so much it almost hurt, and the fact that Ryo claimed not to be interested only served to add fuel to an already raging fire. Most days, Dee felt ready to spontaneously combust if his work partner so much as looked at him.
 

It was a problem, because try as he might, he couldn’t control himself around Ryo. It was the sweetest agony imaginable.
