Summary: The Doctor spoils Jack’s fun again.

“You’re so pretty!” the alien purred, gazing at Jack through slitted yellow-green eyes.
Jack beamed at his admirer, practically preening. “Thank you! I think you’re pretty too.”
“Jack, stop it!” The Doctor grabbed him by the arm.
“What, I’m not even allowed to accept compliments now?”
“We’re not here to socialise!”
“Maybe you’re not,” Jack grumbled, allowing himself to be dragged away. Looking back over his shoulder, he waved at the lithe, blue-furred alien. “Catch you later, beautiful!”
“Not if I have anything to say about it,” the Doctor muttered.
Jack sighed. “You take all the fun out of everything.”
