Summary: Sunnydale is never short of trouble.

A/N: Double drabble.
A nice, quiet, romantic moonlit night should be spent walking hand in hand with the man of her dreams, but being the Slayer meant that most moonlit nights, far from being romantic, were spent in hand-to-hand combat with vamps and other creatures of the night. It never failed.
Okay, sure, that was what she was out every night patrolling for, because vampires were antisocial in the worst way, just out for a quick bite, and occasionally a side order of mayhem, but that didn’t mean Buffy had to like it.
Even when things seemed quiet, there was always trouble brewing, and that had been especially true since Spike and Drusilla had come to town. One scheme to kill her failed, and they came up with another. It was annoying. They’d even hired assassins, which was a whole other kind of weird. Vampires who needed help to get the job done…
Not that it had changed anything, Buffy and her friends had dealt with the Order of Taraka quite handily. Just another day at the office. You’d think she’d get a break after that, but no such luck. Trouble stalked Sunnydale’s streets and cemeteries, and oh look… Here it came again.
