This week's fic has more chapters, but they're shorter so it should still be a fairly quick read.
Mr Jones & I is a 13 chapter fic by Rietta on ff.net. It was first posted in January 2011 and is a completely AU fic with Torchwood characters.
Summary: 'You never really stop loving someone. You just learn to try to live without them.' But what happens when you just can't seem to stop running into the person you're trying to live without?
That sounds like there will be lots of angst and romance =)
