Summary: It’s way too late for Dee to walk away from the man he loves, even if Ryo never reciprocates his feelings.

Sexual frustration was something Dee had thought he’d left behind in his teens. Since he’d reached legal age, and before if he was honest, he’d had no trouble seducing someone whenever he was horny. There’d been plenty of one-night stands, friends with benefits, and brief flings, as well as a few longer, more serious relationships. He’d been around enough that frustration should have been a thing of the past, but that wasn’t the case.
 

Not that he couldn’t have found himself a willing bed partner if he’d wanted, but his heart wouldn’t have been in it. There was only one person he wanted to be with, and even after eighteen months, that person was still proving almost impervious to Dee’s charms.
 

Damn Ryo for being everything Dee had ever wanted, damn him for stealing Dee’s heart away. He should cut his losses, look elsewhere to satisfy his needs, but he knew he wouldn’t. He’d fallen head over heels for his partner, and by now he was in way too deep to just give up.

 
It was Ryo or nobody, so Dee had to keep trying or else resign himself to being single and celibate forever. There was no other alternative.
